Bose support is amazing! I called and they told me to ship them my old earbuds, but I told them about my trip and the nice guy made it TWO day air shipping! That man was so awesome, we just talked about the trip for 5 minutes and he assured me that it would arrive by wednesday. One of the best customer support calls I ever made.

Yeah, my Bose earbuds broke and I need to turn them in, I should probably call them , I hope i get the same guy lol.
