They shipped it NEXT DAY AIR, for free! Because they knew I’m going on a plane trip out of the country. (Please do not exploit them, they are great!) (My old ones stopped working on the left earbud.)

Anyway, once I received it, I was like, yay! But more yay when I listened to them! As I carefully put them in my ears, plugged it into my iPhone 3G, and turned on Chamillionaire’s old classic, Falsifying, with a huge punching bass, it sounded way clearer, and set to the “Bass Booster” equalizer never sounded better! More bass, no distortion like experienced in my older ones!

Bose support is amazing!

Bose support is amazing! I called and they told me to ship them my old earbuds, but I told them about my trip and the nice guy made it TWO day air shipping! That man was so awesome, we just talked about the trip for 5 minutes and he assured me that it would arrive by wednesday. One of the best customer support calls I ever made.

Take that Microshit with your free serial numbers.

Ok, I got EVERYTHING working now. I got the new monitor, moved around, got a new table.
